3 SON'S HANDYMAN & CONSTRUCTION

CONTRACT FORM

This contract for 3 Son's Handyman is made effective as of today, by and between our client and 3 Son's Handyman located in Central Florida, contacted through email, messaging, phone, or in person.

Whereas 3 Son's Handyman is engaged in the business of providing services relating to handyman and/or construction services and whereas the client is interested in availing such service of our company.

In furtherance to the above, the client hereby agrees to and does hereby engage the services of 3 Son's Handyman, and 3 Son's Handyman hereby accepts the engagement to service and to do the work hereinafter specified by the client in connection with the project.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. Beginning on the date of accepted quote and/or bid, 3 Son's Handyman will provide the client the service(s) agreed upon through contact.

PAYMENT. A downpayment of a varied amount decided by our company must be paid for the services provided on the invoice and/or quote by 3 Son's Handyman prior to production.

Final payment shall be made to 3 Son's Handyman in Central Florida through the final invoice sent or handed to in person with the full amount listed on the invoice upon completion of the services provided.

Payment will be due immediately of receiving an invoice from

3 Son's Handyman.

If any invoice is not paid when due, interest will be added to and payable on all overdue amounts at 5% per month, or the maximum percentage allowed under applicable laws, whichever is less. The client shall pay all costs of collection, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney fees.

In addition to any other right or remedy provided by law, if the client fails to pay for the services when due, 3 Son's Handyman has the option to treat such failure to pay as a material breach of this contract, and may cancel this contract and/or seek legal remedies.

ADDITIONAL EDITING AND CHANGES. Any requested changes to the description of services mentioned via email/message/in-person shall constitute additional editing and may incur additional charges or fees deemed necessary by 3 Son's Handyman. All additional changes must be submitted and approved by both parties in writing or email.

TERM. This contract will terminate automatically upon completion by 3 Son's Handyman of the services required by this contract.
